About The Position

Do you love working in customer service? We are seeking an energetic individual to join our unique and fast-paced Service team here at Lou Fusz Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram in O'Fallon, Missouri. This is a great opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. In this role, you will be the link between our customers and the service manager. You will assist the customer with scheduling service appointments and follow up with our customers to ensure communication of their service vehicle status. Requirements

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Team player
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic, positive personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

• Communication with the customer to ensure the customer is provided excellent customer service
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries regarding vehicle service
• Provide customers with initial resource to schedule appointments
• Additional duties to assist and grow the service department
