About The Position

Audi Wilsonville is part of The O’Brien Auto Group, a fast-growing group based in the Pacific Northwest. We are currently interviewing for a full-time Service BDC/Booker. The Service BDC/Booker are the key to our customers having the best service experience possible. This position is responsible for following up with all service guests, pre-set future service appointments, as well as assisting in the booking of service repair orders. This position pays $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities

• Calling to follow up with service guests.
• Input all appointments in a timely manner.
• Assist in Booking of Service Repair Orders.
• Assist service advisors in answering customer questions in regard to logistics and scheduling.
• Help solve guest concerns when applicable and communicate with the advisor and management teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Assist the booking department.
• Perform follow up and report back to advisors and management.
• Train in prescribed protocol as set forth in BDC phone script.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Work in cooperative, positive & professional manner with all personnel in the company.
• Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner. Maintain professional demeanor while at work.
