About The Position

Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products? We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Service BDC at Bryan Honda. This is a great opportunity to start your career in the automotive world and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. In this role, you will be the link between the customer and their vehicle service. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the service experience and setting appointments. Some price quoting will be involved as well as rental contracts and vehicle check in. Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
Respond quickly to phone calls and internet appointments
Provide customers with initial service center information and appoint them to the correct Service Advisor
Follow up with customers that are a no-show
Participate in team & process development sessions
Utilize dealership computer program for appointments and tracking
