This mindset drives our culture and continued success. Cavender Auto Family is currently looking for a Service BDC Associate to join our growing team and help “Make Confidence Happen.”

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, high-call-volume environment with consistent activity throughout the day
  • Strong communication skills with an engaging, customer-first personality
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain focus in a “no downtime” setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent listening skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Clean and valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Must be available to work 10 AM – 7 PM, including Saturdays

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, busy call center environment
  • Proactively make outbound calls daily to schedule service appointments (service due, recalls, campaigns, declined services, parts arrivals, etc.)
  • Manage customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment, staying productive between calls
  • Screen inbound calls and convert them into scheduled service appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service through strong problem-solving and product knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the system
  • Recommend necessary maintenance and service to customers
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and vehicle-related issues
  • Follow up with missed appointments and reschedule as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
