About The Position
The Studio Service Associate is an entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to start their career in health and wellness while gaining hands-on experience in customer service and studio operations. This position is responsible for the turnover of sauna rooms and maintaining a welcoming, meticulously clean studio environment while supporting the sales associates. We are seeking candidates who are reliable, fast-paced yet detail-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and demonstrate a solid work ethic. Studio Service Associates are critical to our business because they provide the exceptional standard of cleanliness that Perspire is known for—setting us apart from the rest!
Requirements

- Must have general availability, including weekends
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- MindBody software experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Promptly turn over sauna rooms when guests exit, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next appointment
- Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process
- Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility
- Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
- Support Sales Associates with miscellaneous tasks, including sales and back-of-house duties
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
- Respond to guest inquiries and administer studio tours to new guests
- Use our software to manage appointments (MindBody software experience is a plus!)
- Answer phones and schedule leads, guests, and members
- Make outbound calls to leads, guests, and members
- Accommodate members, ensuring they feel relaxed and welcome
- Provide consistent, top-notch guest service
- Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
