About The Position

This role involves processing vehicle title registrations, registration renewals, and temporary permits. The Service Associate will be appointed by Hidalgo County’s Tax Assessor-Collector and must perform all duties in accordance with government laws, regulations, ordinances, and court rulings in the jurisdictions where the Company operates.

Requirements

• High School, GED or Comparable Certificate
• Clean Driving Record
• Clear Criminal History Background
• Clear Scofflaw Financial Responsibility
• 40 WPM+
• 1-2 years’ experience Microsoft Word, Excel, point-of-sale (cash register) or other software application
• 1-2 years’ experience with money handling transactions
• 2 years customer service experience
• Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish
• Multi-tasker, in a fast-paced environment
