About The Position

As a Service Associate in Customer Service at Seed To Table, you’ll support our team by bagging groceries, assisting customers, and helping keep the store clean and organized. Requirements
- Friendly, attentive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service.
- Comfortable talking with customers and coworkers.
- Works well as part of a team and follows directions.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and pull as part of daily tasks.
- Ability to regularly lift or move items up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work around fresh, dried, and processed food products without allergic reactions.
- Ability to tolerate moderate exposure to dust and cleaning products during routine cleaning duties.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Bag groceries carefully and efficiently to prevent damage.
- Check carts or baskets for any remaining items.
- Assist customers with taking groceries to their vehicles when needed.
- Help keep the front end clean, safe, and organized (spills, floors, general cleanliness).
- Follow basic safety, sanitation, and handwashing standards.
- Report safety hazards or equipment issues to a supervisor.
- Arrive on time and follow scheduled work hours.
