What You’ll Do Be the behind-the-scenes MVP who keeps the building clean, organized, and guest-ready Maintain seating, settee, and common areas by cleaning tables, surfaces, and equipment Identify and remove damaged or unsafe equipment to keep the environment safe Bus tables and return dishes to the dishwashing area so service can keep moving Help set up and break down for parties, events, and busy shifts Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and refreshed throughout the day Remove debris from floors, carpets, and high-traffic areas Empty trash and recycling from indoor and outdoor areas, including the parking lot Assist with restocking supplies wherever support is needed Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned Watch for safety concerns or rule violations and report them to a supervisor Pitch in on other tasks as needed to support the team What We’re Looking For Someone who likes to stay busy and take pride in keeping things running smoothly Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced, high-energy environment Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable, dependable, and not afraid of physical work A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Prior porter, utility, or operations support experience is a plus, but not required What to Expect A lively, energetic workplace — this is not a sit-down role Plenty of movement, walking, lifting, and staying on your feet Busy shifts, especially nights, weekends, and during events A role that plays a big part in the overall guest experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move for extended periods Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and walking Comfortable working around bright lights, noise, and constant activity
