Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional, courteous, and team-oriented mindset
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Move customer vehicles to and from the service drive and technician bays
- Maintain cleanliness of service drive, bays, waiting areas, and loaner fleet
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed
- Assist with service scheduling and customer intake
- Wash and vacuum vehicles post-service when necessary
- Run local errands for the service department (e.g., picking up parts)
- Learn dealership systems and processes with the goal of growing.
