About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Service Assistant to support our service department. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for our Guests and Department overall. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely drive and operate vehicles
Ability to work on your feet and in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the service drive and assist with initial check-in
Resolving and addressing Guest issues in the moment, ensuring high Guest satisfaction
Assist the Service Manager with tasks like providing Guest updates on their vehicles and callbacks, record keeping, vehicle preparation, running errands, and more.
Move and park vehicles safely on dealership property
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and shop
Shuttle Guests to various locations
Perform basic vehicle prep (car washes, vacuuming, light cleaning)
Deliver parts and assist with inventory organization
Ensure vehicles are ready and presentable for Guest pickup
This is a physically active position in a fast-paced environment
