Opening this winter atop Caesars Republic Scottsdale, this rooftop experience blends bold design, globally inspired cuisine, and high-style service in a space built for unforgettable nights. As a Service Assistant, you’ll be fully in the action — running plates, clearing tables, resetting the room, and keeping service flowing from open to close. You’ll be the quiet engine behind the show, making the magic look effortless.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a food runner, busser, or combo service role in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
• Confidence navigating a fast-paced floor while carrying trays, plates, and clearing items efficiently
• A guest-first mindset and a sharp eye for cleanliness, flow, and detail
• Excellent communication and a team-focused attitude — you move as one with the FOH team
• Ability to lift, carry, and move quickly in tight spaces
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with accuracy, speed, and care for presentation
• Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly between guests
• Keep floor areas, service stations, and the host stand clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Refill water, provide extra utensils, and respond to guest needs in coordination with the server
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and service team to keep timing tight and service smooth
• Move with urgency and purpose in a fast-paced, high-volume rooftop setting
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel
