Responsibilties: Make service appointments Ask the client qualifying questions to uncover needs and directs calls appropriately Ensures that service consultants receive messages promptly Filing Repair Orders Concierge, assuring client guest lounges are neat and fully stocked with beverages and snacks Assisting our Service Appointment Coordinator with tasks Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Demonstrated customer service skills Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills 6-12 months previous work experience (preferred) Previous industry experience and knowledge of automotive terminology (preferred) Parks Motor Group is an equal opportunity employer and a drug free work place
