About The Position

Kruse Motors is looking to hire a Service BDC Representative! The Service BDC is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications for the service department, scheduling service appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in driving service traffic and retention.

Requirements

  • Valid drivers license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service skills
  • Problem-solving abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments, and service follow-ups
  • Work closely with service advisors to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Follow dealership scripts, processes, and customer service standards
