About The Position

As an Appointment Coordinator at Lexus of Tulsa, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming customer calls and emails. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for vehicle service, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, hourly position in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and you will report directly to the Service Manager. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education is preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is required, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership software
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle service, ensuring proper documentation is completed and accurate
  • Work closely with the service team to coordinate appointments and communicate any updates or changes to customers
  • Utilize dealership software to manage schedules and update customer information
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing all customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Assist in maintaining the dealership’s customer database and records
  • Act as a liaison between customers and service team to ensure a seamless experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager
