The Role AutoStore is searching for a Service and Support Intern at our North American headquarters in Salem, NH, for the summer of 2026. This is a 10 week, 40 hour per week internship starting in June of that year. The Service and Support Intern is a critical entry point into AutoStore's technical support ecosystem, offering a hands-on opportunity to develop advanced, mechanical engineering centric problem-solving skills in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This internship provides an immersive experience in technical support, the application of mechanical engineering principles and best practices, and customer service excellence. The intern will support AutoStore's service operations by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware systems, and contributing to the company's knowledge management processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply mechanical engineering principles in a real-world technical support setting.
