About The Position

1-800-HANSONS, LLC is hiring for a talented and dedicated Service Analyst to join our Service team. The Service Analyst is responsible for handling previous customers’ requests for services needed repaired on their roof, windows, siding and/or gutter installations. The ideal candidate would possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as problem solving skills. If you feel confident in your customer service and multi-tasking skills, we'll provide the training to make you successful with us!

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Minimum of one (1) years of professional work experience
Customer service or call center experience
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
Problem solving
Excellent communication skills as well as great organizational skills
Able to multi-task
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Experience in a service related role, providing follow up service to customers with previous product installations
Experience in the home improvement industry

Responsibilities

Constantly checking service tickets to make sure the customer is being taken care of immediately
Responding to service tickets so the customer is aware that we are taking care of their request as soon as possible
Scheduling service technicians and doing the best we possibly can to take care of them in one specific area daily
Speaking with customers who decide to walk-in with a request and being able to handle their needs immediately
Must be able to understand our products so we are able to answer any questions the customer has to the best of our abilities
