As a Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the business and in the lives of team members and customers every day. The company is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor who will help redefine the car-buying experience. The Service Advisor is the face of the dealership for service customers, responsible for presenting and selling needed products and services in a professional manner while adhering to the manufacturer’s published maintenance schedule and requirements. In doing so, the Service Advisor is expected to build rapport with the customer to promote customer satisfaction and customer retention.
