This position offers the opportunity for a 4-day workweek , and an earning potential of up to $100k per year for top performers! Our service department has been recognized with 3 years of consecutive Service Green CSE, and above average zone performance. We are a high-volume dealership located in a convenient, easily accessible area in a shop equipped with heat and AC. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and automotive parts .
2+ years of prior service or advising experience in the automotive field.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the repair process.
Advise customers on the care of their cars , emphasizing the value of maintaining their vehicles according to manufacturers' specifications.
Plan, coordinate, and direct the dealership's quality control efforts , ensuring that repairs are completed correctly and vehicles are returned to customers in optimal condition.
Work closely with our team of technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
Maintain detailed service records and provide clear updates to customers on vehicle status.
