As a Full-Time Service Advisor at Fox CDJR Southfield, you will be the heartbeat of customer interactions, scheduling service appointments with precision and professionalism. Your welcoming demeanor will greet customers promptly, gathering crucial vehicle information to streamline their experience. Prior to their arrival, you’ll proactively obtain essential customer and vehicle data, ensuring a smooth process. Your expertise will shine as you write clear and accurate descriptions of vehicle problems on repair orders. By inspecting vehicles and referencing service histories, you’ll recommend necessary services while providing comprehensive written cost estimates for labor and parts. Throughout the day, you will diligently check on repair progress, keeping customers informed of any changes in estimates or timelines, always seeking their authorization before proceeding with additional work. Once repairs are completed, you’ll review orders thoroughly, ensuring accuracy, and explain all charges transparently, solidifying trust and satisfaction with every client interaction.

Requirements

  • Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience and desire to work with technology to drive an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effective.
  • Valid driver's license.
