The Service Advisor is responsible for supporting the local branch Service Department. The Service Advisor’s primary job is to consult with our customers about their service needs and sell them service solutions. Service Advisors sell and coordinate services for customers including the following: meeting customers, listening to their concerns about their equipment/implements, suggesting appropriate repair and maintenance services, selling new accessories or replacement parts, recording service orders, following up with customers as the services are performed and explaining the repair and maintenance work to customers following its completion.
