About The Position

Ron Tonkin Chevrolet is growing faster than ever! We are interested in bringing a Service Advisor into the fold. Our Service Advisors play a significant role in our day-to-day operations. Working as a Service Advisor, you’d be communicating with both our clients and our Service Department. Both will be looking to you for assistance and customer service. The ideal candidate is going to be an individual with prior service advising experience and a warm personality!

Requirements

  • Customer Service / Relations is a must.
  • A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention-to-detail.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the departments’ sales forecast.
  • Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
  • Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
