Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Previous service advisor or customer service experience preferred (automotive background a plus)

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively
Serve as the link between our customers and technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs
Provide an exceptional service experience that builds trust and long-term relationships
