About The Position
Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is actively seeking out a Service Advisor to join our Service Department. Due to our recent increase in demand, we revamped our entire facility! We are a high-volume MOPAR store in Portland, OR, and with your help, we plan on staying that way. Our Service Advisor plays an intricate role in our Service Department! It is your responsibility to communicate with our clients and our technicians throughout the servicing process and to write up the corresponding ROs. The perfect candidate is going to have great customer service with prior servicing writing experience.
Requirements
- 1+ year of service writing experience.
- Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended.
- A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
