Requirements

  • 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (required).
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly way.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • A polished, professional, and team-player mindset.
  • Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering attentive and personalized customer service.
  • Communicating clearly with customers regarding vehicle status and repair needs.
  • Partnering with technicians to make accurate recommendations.
  • Presenting maintenance programs that suit customer needs.
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships.
