Porsche North Miami is opening soon, and we are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in mid-March. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Porsche dealership from day one! Our Service Advisors are responsible for maintaining clear communication between the service department and our clients, ensuring that clients are informed about the status of their vehicle and any necessary services. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage client expectations throughout the service process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a premium automotive environment.
  • Experience with Porsche service systems and processes is highly valued.
  • High School Diploma and at least one year of related sales experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software.

  • Experience with Porsche service systems and processes is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring an efficient and courteous service experience.
  • Assess customer needs and determine the appropriate course of action, obtaining approval for recommended services.
  • Provide customers with accurate service estimates, including cost and time of completion.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they understand necessary repairs and maintenance and offer recommendations for additional services when applicable.
  • Have knowledge of warranty coverage, service policies, and insurance processes.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, providing updates as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
