About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our Little Elm 2344 team! If you excel at communication, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and have a strong service writer background, we’d love to meet you. Every day in our busy automotive service center brings something new. You’ll play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating service needs, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and technician duties

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, managing service requests, and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed accurately and on schedule
  • Support team members by sharing best practices for boosting sales and improving customer experience
  • Oversee daily service department operations to maintain workflow and efficiency
  • Manage service documentation, including repair orders, maintenance records, invoices, and manuals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
