Requirements

  • Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written skills to explain services clearly
  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced shop
  • Basic understanding preferred, but training provided
  • Familiarity with scheduling or POS systems is a plus
  • Professional, customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and professionally
  • Needs Assessment: Listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend services
  • Service Estimates: Prepare detailed, easy-to-understand repair estimates
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with technicians for accurate, timely repairs
  • Customer Updates: Provide clear updates on vehicle status and timelines
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service and customer records
  • Front Office Management: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer leaves satisfied and confident in our work
