Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, setting the tone for an exceptional service experience
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact from vehicle drop-off through delivery
  • Clearly communicate recommended services, timelines, and costs
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through transparency and follow-up
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
  • Maximize service drive opportunities while maintaining integrity and customer satisfaction
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Assist with warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
