Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly
Collect customer and vehicle information
Clearly communicate all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and history
Prepare a comprehensive and accurate estimate of costs for labor and parts
Set follow-up appointments
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, keeping customers updated regularly
Ensure the final invoice accurately reflects the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
