Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or customer service training is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with automotive service processes and terminology preferred.
Proficient with computer systems and service management software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously, addressing their service needs.
Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
Coordinate with technicians to assess and diagnose vehicle issues.
Provide customers with clear explanations of recommended maintenance and repair services.
Generate detailed estimates and obtain customer authorization for services performed.
Manage service orders and update customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
Maintain organized records of service activities and customer interactions.
Promote additional services and parts sales to maximize customer satisfaction and shop revenue.
