About The Position
At Boomerang Marine & Sports, our goal is to be the premier destination for outdoor fun! We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and our service technicians—ensuring repairs are properly documented, scheduled efficiently, and completed to the highest standard. In this role, you’ll interact with customers regarding their repairs to thier boats, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and other powersports equipment, helping them get back to enjoying the outdoors as quickly as possible. We sell and service a variety of boats, ATVs, UTVs, PWC, snowmobiles, and more. Helping our customers find the right solution for their family fun outdoor recreation needs, our employees provide consultative selling, financing options, a variety of parts and accessories, and service to their equipment. Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred (marine, powersports, automotive, or dealership environment)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service department
- Comfortable using computers and dealership software (Lightspeed experience a plus)
- Ability to pass a background check
