Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Enhance Stuckey Automotive Customer Experience • Advises customers at auto dealerships about their repair needs by taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules • Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner • Schedules appointments, answer phones and collects funds for service • Verifies warranty and service contract coverage • Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor • Prepares repair orders • Maintains excellent customer rapport • Maintains automotive records • Continuous learning by participating in education opportunities and required training • Attends to customers in waiting areas as well as driving them home or to work as needed • Ensure cleanliness of service write up area • Follow Guidelines set in Stuckey Automotive Handbook • Work with Service Manager to met and exceed any deadlines • Meet and/or maintain all requirements for Job function
