Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment strongly preferred
  • Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of maintenance and repair processes
  • Comfortable using computers, dealership software, and digital inspection tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high CSI scores
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Create and manage repair orders in the dealership management system
  • Communicate recommended services, timelines, and estimates clearly to customers
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repairs
  • Provide regular updates to customers throughout the service process
  • Promote maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended repairs when appropriate
  • Ensure a positive customer experience from write-up to vehicle delivery
