About The Position

Peters Honda of Nashua is seeking motivated candidates to join our award-winning Honda Service Advisor team. Prefer a minimum of at least 1 year Honda and/or Acura service experience. Working knowledge of CDK and X-Time operating systems is preferred. Applicant should possess strong organizational skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Oversee flow of Drive Lane.
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to ensure the customer feels this will be their only service point!
  • Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
