About The Position

At Audi Oxnard , we pride ourselves on delivering a premium customer experience that matches the excellence of the Audi brand. We’re currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor (Audi experience is a strong plus)
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and service processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK/ADP preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
