This position is for an Entry Level Automotive Service Advisor. Qualified candidates will be responsible for greeting customers, scheduling service appointments in person, via phone and e-mail. They will determine and recommend maintenance based on the age, mileage, and history of the vehicle, and estimate the cost and time needed for recommended repairs. A key aspect of the role involves handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. The advisor will also monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently, and verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order. Ideal candidates must possess outstanding communication skills, a proven track record of teamwork and excellent customer service, a desire for a long-term career with a growing organization, personal and professional integrity, computer skills, a willingness to learn new programs, and basic automotive operating system knowledge.
