Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
High school diploma or GED (required)
Automotive service advising or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Sales or service success with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide prompt, professional, and friendly service
Communicate customer vehicle concerns clearly with technicians
Provide concierge-level customer support both in person and by phone
Schedule and dispatch repair orders to maximize technician productivity
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Explain vehicle service recommendations, warranties, and maintenance needs
Assist with warranty claim processing and service department administration
Maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and manufacturer representatives
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
