We're growing - and we're hiring a Service Advisor . This is our inside sales role. You'll convert inbound leads, recommend protection plans, and help customers make confident decisions about protecting their homes and businesses. What You'll Do Convert inbound calls and web leads into scheduled services Follow up on open proposals and unsold opportunities Recommend membership and recurring protection programs Ask strong discovery questions to understand customer concerns Clearly explain pricing, service structure, and agreements Track all sales activity in PestPac (CRM) and Smarter Launch Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals Participate in ongoing coaching and development Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding You are not reading scripts. You are diagnosing needs and guiding solutions. What We're Looking For Proven sales experience (home services experience is a plus) Strong objection-handling ability Confident and professional phone presence Organized pipeline management and follow-up discipline Comfort using CRM systems and tracking performance metrics Competitive mindset with personal accountability If you like knowing your numbers and pushing past your goals, you'll fit right in.
