About The Position

The Inside Sales / Customer Service is responsible for the communication and processes with the customer regarding quotations and job order processing. We design, manufacture, and repair many different types of induction tooling. We service and rebuild inductors, including forge coils, of all makes. Requirements

  • A hands-on problem solver experienced in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, and hydraulics.
  • Need to have a strong commitment, personal responsibility and independence to provide superior customer service in conjunction with excellent communication skills on all levels focused on customer service and quality.
  • Good written and spoken English skills with MS Office knowledge.
  • Three to five years of inside sales / customer service experience.
  • Knowledge with ERP software.  (Global Shop Solutions is a plus)
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • A safety-minded worker who is drug free, dependable, and able to maintain excellent attendance record

Responsibilities

  • Provide quotations and quotation follow up with the customers in spare parts and shop operations.
  • Processing new jobs from customer purchase orders.
  • Provide weekly sales forecast based on spare parts sales and production level.
  • Organize and follow up in intercompany quotations and orders with parent company regarding spare parts sales and customer demands.
  • Create, organize, and file job folders with all required documents.
  • Shipping customer orders based on customer purchase order requirements.
