About The Position

Syndeo has a direct hire opportunity for a Customer Service and Inside Sales Associate for a local graphics and promotional products company. This individual will be accurately and professionally represent the company by communicating with our customers in the development of their orders. Provide research, pricing, and follow-up while projecting a positive attitude. We are a small business that thrives on teamwork and helping in all departments.

Requirements

Comfortable use of a desktop computer and Office Programs (Excel & Word), Google (Sheets & Docs), and other industry-related software we utilize, with proper training.
Properly communicate in writing with proper spelling and punctuation to clients.
Understand basic math principles: mark-up, margins, net prices vs. selling prices.
Represent the company professionally and directly.
Understand the importance of “on-time” regarding our delivery and work performance.
Be responsible for your position and display a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and through account managers.
Work with customers that are typically handled by the account managers while they continue to sell outside of the office.
Organize and maintain an orderly workspace.
Work with key personnel in all departments.
Feel confident about asking questions about specific orders and matters related to our processes.
Assist house accounts and walk-in customers.
Help with special projects.
Accurately enter orders for all production departments.
Work directly with the customer service manager and follow directions related to the position.
