About The Position
INFINITI of Albuquerque is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. Compensation & Benefits: Annual pay range: $40,000 – $90,000 (based on experience and performance) 3 weeks of paid time off after 1 year Competitive pay plan Supportive management and team environment Opportunity for growth within the dealership What You’ll Do: Greet and assist service customers in a professional, friendly manner Write up repair orders and clearly explain recommended services Act as a liaison between customers and technicians Provide accurate estimates and timelines Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from start to finish What We’re Looking For: Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or dealership experience a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to upsell services ethically and transparently Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Valid driver’s license Why INFINITI of Albuquerque? Requirements
