About The Position

Join our team as a Service Advisor at a leading automotive dealership! We’re looking for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry. In this role, you’ll act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and transparent repair process while driving sales and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Active listening and empathy
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Basic automotive systems knowledge
  • Ability to interpret multi-point inspections and RO notes
  • Familiarity with warranty processes and shop workflow
  • Proficiency in DMS systems (CDK, XTIME)
  • Time management and multitasking under high volume
  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and manage service appointments
  • Document customer concerns and recommended repairs accurately
  • Explain technical issues in easy-to-understand language
  • Coordinate with technicians and manage workflow for timely completion
  • Upsell and cross-sell maintenance and repair services
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, CSI scores, and efficiency metrics
  • Ensure compliance with OEM and dealership standards
  • Maintain accurate repair orders and scheduling
