As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary contact for customers seeking vehicle service and repairs. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery while maintaining clear and courteous communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Service Advisor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Positive attitude with an energetic personality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a process-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
  • Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify required services.
  • Promote services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating product knowledge.
  • Prepare and provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines, securing customer approval.
  • Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and keep customers informed of updates or additional recommendations.
  • Manage warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards.
  • Confirm service appointments by phone and follow up with customers after service completion.
  • Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure all work is completed correctly.
  • Comply with all state and federal regulations related to vehicle repair and consumer protection.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and vendors, reflecting company values.
