Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Friendly, organized, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple vehicles and clients simultaneously
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and care
- Guide customers through the service process with clear communication and concierge-level support
- Write and manage repair orders while coordinating workflow with technicians
- Present and sell recommended services and maintenance options
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their service visit
- Help ensure a smooth, organized, and productive service department
