We couldn’t achieve these milestones without our incredible team. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Writer who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service by accurately identifying customer needs, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a smooth, transparent repair process from start to finish. This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, along with a passion for customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy and strong typing skills
  • Attention to detail with neat, accurate paperwork
  • Proven follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Basic diesel and/or automotive knowledge preferred
  • High energy, motivated, and dependable work ethic
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of service advisor or management experience in truck or automotive industry
  • Knowledge of ADP/CDK preferred
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Excellent phone and computer skills
  • Ambitious, goal-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Team player committed to long-term success

Responsibilities

  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
  • Prepare and process repair orders
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
  • Provide repair estimates and obtain authorization for additional work as needed
  • Recommend additional services and maintenance opportunities
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and timely documentation
  • Follow up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction
