About The Position

Pay Defined: The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. Requirements

  • Experience in a service advisor or customer‑facing automotive role (luxury or BMW a plus)
  • Strong communication, active listening, and guest‑first problem solving
  • Comfort with DMS/scheduling tools (CDK /Xtime or similar is a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • A positive, professional presence and a bias for action
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Pass a drug test
  • Pass a criminal background screening

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership service writing experience is a huge plus!!
  • Comfort with DMS/scheduling tools (CDK /Xtime or similar is a plus)
