As a Service Advisor – Warranty & Customer Pay , you will serve as the primary point of coordination between service operations, warranty providers, and internal teams. This role is focused on accurately writing repair orders, determining warranty eligibility, managing customer-pay repairs, and ensuring approvals are obtained efficiently. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help control costs, maintain compliance, and keep vehicles moving through the service process smoothly.
