No prior service advisor experience needed — we provide training and mentorship to help you succeed. As a Service Advisor Trainee, you’ll learn how to guide customers through their vehicle service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and capture vehicle information
• Listen to customer concerns and service needs
• Schedule service appointments and arrange loaner vehicles
• Prepare clear and accurate service estimates
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
• Review completed work and explain invoices
• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience
