About The Position

Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater, Florida is looking for a highly energetic and motivated individual to join our Service team! This is an outstanding opportunity to join a 99 year old and highly regarded family owned dealership. We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support. In this position you will be working with our customers to help determine the service and maintenance needs of their vehicles. Here are some of the primary task of this position. Greeting customers as they arrive. Going over schedule maintenance and the cost associated with services. Inspecting vehicles as they arrive for tires and damage. Making recommendation for additional repairs or services based off the technician's inspection. Collecting payments for services performed. Provide a great experience for our customers. Taking phone calls. You will work a lot with customers one-on-one so you must be comfortable talking to strangers. Some of the things you will have to speak about are, cost of repairs and handling objections. You MUST be the kind of person who, has a drive to take care of customers and not be afraid to go right out and introduce yourself to see how your can help. A few things you probably want to know about this position. Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm (You will have either Tuesday or Wednesday as a scheduled day off during the week) Saturday 8:00am until 4:00pm We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver's license
Must have a good driving record
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
