What You'll Do As the primary point of contact for our valued Audi service customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class service experience. Your day-to-day will include: Greeting and advising customers with professionalism and care Explaining recommended services and gaining repair approvals Coordinating with our skilled service team to ensure timely updates Managing priorities in a fast-paced environment Maintaining strong communication and follow-through This is a role for someone who's organized, attentive, personable, and thrives on creating great customer experiences. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who brings experience and energy to the role - and who is ready to build lasting relationships with our customers.
